Data processed

The form may collect your name, work email, company, store URL, platform and enquiry content. The server may store basic technical logs required for security and website operation.

Purposes and legal bases

• answering an enquiry, assessing whether the service can be provided and communicating before entering an agreement — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• website security, technical logging and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Personal data is not sold or used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Recipients and tools

Form submissions are processed through Formspree. Hosting and email providers may process data as required to operate the website and deliver a response. The website loads font files from Google Fonts. Use of external providers may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under the provider’s applicable safeguards and terms.

Retention

Data is retained for the time needed to handle an enquiry and then until the period required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims expires. If an engagement begins, data may be retained longer where required by accounting and tax law.

Do not submit passwords, API keys or access credentials through the form. A secure access method is agreed only after the engagement is confirmed.
