White-label / Shopify + WooCommerce

I fix accessibility barriers before they become your agency’s problem.

As the technical partner behind VOIDLAB AccessOps, I handle accessibility diagnosis and remediation for e-commerce stores. You get a prioritised scope, code changes and a client-ready handover — without building a separate accessibility team.

Where agencies lose time

Accessibility should not block the next release.

Automated scans catch only part of the problem. The rest appears in keyboard use, screen-reader behaviour and the real purchase journey — usually when the team already has a full backlog.

01 / Audit without ownership

The report reaches the PM, but nobody has time to implement it.

I translate vague recommendations into scoped tasks and code changes.

02 / Regression risk

The theme, apps and future releases bring old barriers back.

I test key components and document regression-sensitive areas.

03 / Missing capacity

The frontend works, but accessibility has no owner.

I provide specialist technical capacity without another permanent hire.

Why now

Accessibility is now part of responsible e-commerce maintenance.

Since 28 June 2025, EU accessibility requirements apply to covered products and services, including certain e-commerce services. The exact scope and exemptions must be assessed for each business.

This is not only a scanner score.

Critical work includes keyboard navigation, forms, error messages and real purchase journeys.

Legal scope and technical scope are different.

VOIDLAB handles the agreed technical scope. Legal interpretation remains with the client and its advisers.

Start with a small scope.

A mini-audit validates working quality and problem size before a larger sprint.

Technical scope

From issue to verified fix.

I do not sell a blanket compliance claim. I define a measurable scope, remediate interface barriers and document exactly what changed.

01

Manual and automated audit

Keyboard, focus, semantics, forms, error states, contrast and critical purchase journeys.

02

Prioritised backlog

Every issue includes severity, location, user impact and a recommended fix.

03

Code remediation

Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript changes or WooCommerce front-end work within the agreed scope.

04

QA and handover

Retesting, third-party limitation notes and documentation for the agency or end client.

A controlled process

One owner. One backlog. One handover.

I start with a small paid scope. You decide on a larger remediation sprint only after seeing the diagnosis.

01 / Access

You share the URL and context.

Platform, theme, critical templates, known issues and project constraints.

02 / Diagnosis

You receive priorities.

The mini-audit shows issues, impact and a realistic remediation scope.

03 / Sprint

I implement fixes.

Work happens in a theme copy, staging environment or agreed branch.

04 / Handover

I retest and document.

You receive a changelog, retest results and out-of-scope limitations.

Clear engagement model

Proof first. Larger scope second.

Pricing depends on template count, app complexity and the purchase journey. Start with a paid diagnosis or a pilot on one store.

Entry

Store remediation

from PLN 6,900

A broader technical scope for one store or an ongoing agency partnership.

  • Shopify or WooCommerce
  • components and critical flows
  • post-change QA
  • monthly retest from PLN 750
Discuss scope

Expanded sprints start at PLN 9,900. Prices are indicative; the final quote follows stack and scope review. The service covers technical remediation against an agreed WCAG 2.2 scope and is not a certification or legal advice.

Product experience

I design interfaces and work directly in code.

REPVAULT is a live client platform. The remaining work shows VOIDLAB's earlier product, UI/UX and front-end craft.

Accountable owner

Wiktor Kazimierczuk — VOIDLAB Studio

From the initial diagnosis to the handover report, you work directly with me. I do not pass the project to an anonymous subcontractor or hide behind large-agency language.

  • one person accountable for scope and communication
  • changes only in a theme copy, staging environment or agreed branch
  • backup and rollback plan before production deployment
  • technical limitations stated clearly in the report

FAQ

What to know before the first engagement.

Does VOIDLAB guarantee full legal compliance?

No. I provide technical audit and remediation against an agreed WCAG 2.2 scope. Legal obligations and formal compliance statements require separate legal or certification advice.

Can VOIDLAB work under an agency brand?

Yes. Reporting, communication and delivery can be white-labelled. I agree confidentiality and access rules before project access.

Does VOIDLAB fix third-party applications?

I first check whether the issue can be addressed in the theme layer. I document limitations in inaccessible third-party code separately and do not promise changes where source access is unavailable.

Why start with a mini-audit?

It prevents blind quoting. The agency gets a concrete diagnosis and a clear decision: stop after the audit or continue into remediation.

First step

Send one store. I will reply with a fit assessment.

Share the platform, URL and primary problem. I will outline a sensible first diagnostic scope — without pushing a full sprint.
